Some sources of support include:

The charity MIND have some very useful tips and suggestions for coping with stress and other more serious mental health issues.

The website Mental Health at Work also has some good resources.

The University also has a lot of links and resources on the HR intranet pages under the heading  "Occupational Health". You can also access free Counselling sessions via their webpage: https://www.tees.ac.uk/sections/staff/counselling.cfm

You can also request a Stress Risk Assessment if you feel that your job is placing so much stress on you that it is having a detrimental affect on your health. Details on how to start the process can be found on the Human Resources web pages: Stress Risk Assessment Toolkit
